Kerry is more honest than Bush about the budget.
Bush is completely out in left field on deficits.
He is proposing 3 trillion in spending and tax cuts
and has no way to pay for it. Kerry is proposing 2 trillion
but can make up half of that with the tax cut rollback for the rich. As for the rest of it, Kery has honestly told us that if the money isn't there we will have to wait for certain programs. Bush never tells the truth about his spending or deficits.
