I have used Neflix for 2 yrs. now and this is the first time the following has happened to me. I returned two DVD's last wednesday and thursday hoping that they would receive them by friday and ship out my two new ones at least by monday. Yesterday they were marked "shipping today" and as of now they still are marked "shipping today". Anybody else having problems in shipping? Ed...
