You are the one who is either dodging or ignorant.

Zarqawi was in the Kurdish and CIA controlled area before the war. If he is loose it is a result of Junior's blunder, not the cause of it. There were no Al Qaeda in Iraq before the invasion. There are very few now. What is there is a lot of Iraqis who don't want their country occupied and thier resources sold off to Cheney for pennies.
