Kerry can bring in the international community, Bush can't. That's a very logical assumption. Bush has insulted most of the world from day one pulling out of Kyoto and the arms treaties. The world knows Bush is backed by the edxtreme right reactionaries in the US who hate foreigners. Therefore they will not cooperate with Bush and America loses.
