Who said the war was over?

wstera did...he thinks we are in the aftermath of the war...only trouble is that we have lost more soldiers in the aftermath than the "war itself".

It doesn't take a genius to see that the war is far from over in Iraq.

I'm much better off with us fighting the radicals there than in Columbus, Saint Louis, San Francisco, Baltimore, and Miami. Aren't you?

Since we spend in one day in Iraq what we spend in an entire year for homeland defense we'd better hope the war stays over there. But imagine if we would have actually gone after Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and did the job there? Then there would not be any of them left to come to Iraq and to other ports of call to do their dirty deeds.
