Its not just the quality of Mex drivers, some are good, but the condition of their equipment. It has been verified many times the majority have safety problems. Their lisence requirements are up to the Mex govt,, same as the Canucks. Same as when we cross their borders.. just do not get in an accident in Mex w/o Mex insurance..
