John,

An example?

Are you not aware of the 100s of Al Qaeda in our custody that are alive, and will never be killed, since they surrendered? Are you not aware of the 20th Al Qaeda highjacker, a combatabt who is alive and well in the US custody, making a mockery out of our civilian justice system?

As of now, there is no will to kill the surrendered unarmed killers, no matter if they are Al Qaeda or not. I am surprised that you are questioning this.

Well I'm telling you we are willing to kill 10,000+ cilivians, as well as 1000 of our own kids. We are not at all shy about killing. In a country that didn't hurt us, didn't threaten us.

So the wimp argument against terrorists doesn't work. We are as bloodthirsty as the next country, much more than the majority.

I guess you don't see the difference. We will never kill the Al Qaeda in US custody (because of various ACLU reasons). But once they are on the open battlefield, ACLU rules don't apply, and we can kill them.

You tell me how to go around the problem. There is basically no way right now. Maybe a second 9/11 would weaken the ability of the leftists to protect the terrorists, but right now, terrorists are protected if they have the smarts to raise a white flag when cornered.

This is not just a question of Rep vs. Dem. It has more to do with the way civilized world operates, with restrictions of what is permissible that the civilized world places on itself, of what is permissible to do in self defense. The bottom line is that successful self defense under these restrictions is impossible, defeat of the civilized world by the bloodthirsty jihadist is inevitable.

Defeat is inevitable unless the rules are changed. George WBush, who has the ultimate responsibility for the free world recognized it, and decided to tinker around the edges. For that, he is treated as a Cro-Magnon.

No, what we need is a leader that can recognize our enemy.

If you are thinking the guy who looks and acts French, I have a news to break to you: he doesn't know who our freinds and who our enemies are. He has sided with the enemies way too many times. He has attacked and undermined our frineds, and he is doing it to this very day.

Joe
