We always spend our time in London shopping (Bond Street and thereabouts) and going to the theater. Definitely go to the half-price tickets booth (I forget the exact address but it's well-known). In the off-season like November, good tickets for the top shows should be available. No particular restaurant recommendations - I'm sure there are great places but I never went to London for the food. ;<) Enjoy your visit.
