Clicked on the link to the Real Estate Research Council and saw this interesting blurb: Topic: Foreclosures Will Increase 1,500% Between 2005 and 2010. At the Council's Luncheon Meeting in 1997 Bruce Norris predicted that home prices would double in the next eight years, and they did. Mr. Norris will explain why he now predicts a record number of home loan foreclosures and a decrease in home prices.
