Thanks Bob. I've now loaded Ad-Aware SE, Spybot Search & Destroy, Spyware Blaster, Spyware Guard, and the Ace Start-up Guard. Have removed about 900 objects (files, programs and cookies) from my system. I think I'm winning the battle, but it is frustrating. My saga, and the help I've been given, is carried in this post and the half dozen that follow it. investorshub.com Cush
