This is why I am thinking COHU may be a good short candidate in the immediate term: Its Stochastics is nearly 100% - indicating overbought status, it is over 20% its 50 dEMA, and in following the trend on this stock it seems to follow the lines of the 20 MA very closely - and it is far above that. Not to mention the inordinate run-up it had today. Please don't misunderstand my read on the stock - I think the fundamentals are good and I see continued momentum. I am thinking of a quick trade for tomorrow as (I believe) it corrects back to 47-49. My take on the situation may be totally off base, which is why I (humbly) ask your opinion!
