Msg me on MSN when you want me to bring that table over. Is it a full repopulate and small enough (no huge fields) that I can do it during the day? Seems like it should be and might take less than a minute to zap/re-import it.

Also, I'm so far behind on this thread that there's no way I'm going to catch up. So here's a list of what I'll be doing the rest of the week. Add to it at your peril. <g>

1. Updating subscription expiration dates.

2. Implementing system-generated subscription expiration notices. We have a lot of folks with quarterly and semi-annual subscriptions that should've expired by now but there was no mechanism in place to age their accounts. Those accounts will be set to expire in a week once I get the aging/notification routines written.

3. Modifying the posting routines to limit free members to posting in the support and market-related threads. As an aside, since their posting will be limited to the threads in which we'd most like to see increased activity, I may raise their daily limit to 5 posts.

4. Implement the ability to create new subjects. I'm about halfway done with this one right now.

5. Implement system-noticed distinctions between userlevels 10-11 and 20-30. Currently, the system sees them as identical, but there are a few features currently operational that won't be available to 10/11 accounts and the list of such features will grow.

6. A table displaying the differences in available features for the different account types. Dave, maybe you can do this? Would like it to be entirely data-driven so changes can be made by db entry rather than ASPX modification. I can put together the db/aspx in about half an hour if you can populate it.

7. Preview/Spellcheck. This is not something that'll be done soon. All that I've gotten done on this so far is copying iHub's word list for the spell-checker.

8. Ignore. I haven't started on this yet.

I think that's about it for now. Please, everyone, don't post to me with new feature requests yet. It's a huge distraction from the work I need to be doing right now. I've got 164 messages in my Inbox now and am not EVEN going to that page, or I'd be writing off the rest of the day programming-wise.

As an aside, I've started some basic legwork to see what we can do about possibly regaining the old site's portfolios and charts. Don't hold your breath. I have no idea if it'll be possible or financially feasible, even as an extra-cost item for our members. I'm not optimistic, as this is an area that InfoSpace is no longer active in to my knowledge, and they probably had no idea that their system was still providing those features for us.
