Envy of the USA always, and now outright ANIMOSITY. All Latin America should be viewed as predominantly socialist. Carlos Fuentes is "sugarcoating" the issue. The Bush administration has aggravated the animosity side by many folds in Latin America...and all over the world, for that matter. GWB is bad news for everybody here and abroad, IMHO.
