I dont want to argue with you. I will ask you a couple of questions. "Would you have supported going to war with iraq knowing what we know now about wmds and if yes would you have changed the way you fought the war and pacified in the post war phase??? I assume a yes to both so my further question becomes based on the fact that you are admitting substantial operational errors by this admin, particularly the SDefense. I think its important for leadership to be accountable. If rummy were a coo he would be either long gone or hunkering down like mike eisner. In the US, our ceo is elected and only the people can fire him so he owes people honesty and transparency in his admin and we have not gotten that. Again having said that Kerry scares the bejesus out of me but if he gets on message like some of the senators i mentioned i still have time to consider him for the job. So nothing is in the bag yet. mike
