RE: 20/20 hindsight Thats what the president should say rather than the Rovian double talk. Also classifying what is going on now as successful is as disingenous as teddy kennedy calling it a horrible quagmire. Maybe i am just looking for too much in pols. I cant imagine my political heroes undermining a presidents efforts as kerry has done but i also cant imagine JFK#1 calling the Bay of Pigs an unqualified success either. Iraq is less than that and bush should be forthright about that and kerry should be supportive of whatever US government is in place. The problem is each extreme action on either side leads to worse reaction on the other. Mike
