I see no real talk about what novak says will happen next year re: withdrawing. From a historical perspective, Britain spent about 150 years in India for democracy to take hold. Britain only spent 40 years in Iraq and apparently it wasn't long enough. If you or anyone else actually believes the US can withdraw sometime next year AND for democracy to take root and blossom in Iraq, you are dreaming.
