I honestly do not remember. My setting are high, and the firewall was up.

I did add some DSP software for some equipment I have, but I reinstalled it after the System Restore rollback and the junk did not return. So POE tells me that was not it.

It just seems strange that so many people had this problem after the new SI came online. My system is very, very fast, and it was like I had a 286 and 20 windows open.
