Strange problem: Windows explorer thinks my drive F is a cdrom drive because it keeps asking for a disk to be inserted when I double click the icon. However, drive F is a SanDisk Cruzer pen-style memory/storage stick (512 mb). I removed and reinserted it with no change and did a restart boot to no avail. Windows keeps reporting a removable disk at F.

The "safely remove hardware" icon reports my Drive f as my multifunction canon printer's PCcard USB device. It calls the next one (supposedly the SanDisk pen drive)as Drive G, but Drive G is not on My Computer list.

Am totally baffled.
