Here's something I posted on the AOL PMSI board:

Yes, PMSI is using the Prostatron for themotherapy treatment of BPH, which has also been approved by the FDA.

But the difference between the two companies is that PMSI is involved in the actual treatment of patients through mobile routes for lithotripsy and BPH whereas Urologix actually develops minimally invasive medical devices for the treatment of urological diseases.

However, taking a look at the financials and comparing the two companies is quite laughable (actually they make me want to cry...) ULGX has negative profit margins, negative ROA, negative ROE, only 5 million in sales for the last 12 months. I will say that the current ratio is very high at 12:1 with not a speck of debt.

As for PMSI, the numbers, with the possible exception of debt, are excellent.

The questions I have are:

1) Who invented/developed the Prostatron?
2) Is it possible that PMSI would buy ULGX's product to use in their centers?
3)Is PMSI committed to using only the Prostatron and if so, why?

Paul
