One has to wonder if Ivan did not prevent some wild injections with the very mild weather we have had. At 76 estimated and assuming 15-20 bcf off because of Ivan we would have been hitting close to 100 this week. Offsetting this has been the higher prices which have reduced demand and with effected areas without power from Ivan and Jeanne ng demand has been impacted there as well.

Either way now the wall of worry is whether consumers will be forced to #2 oil to converve ng and where storage ultimately ends in April.

I imagine there are still plenty of shorts in NG who still are underwater and praying for an opportunity to cover at a better price.
