Michael, I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt on your motives. However, you made the following statement which has finally tipped the balance against you. <You can lock up considerably more stock by allowing people who may not be comfortable asking for their certificates for liquidity reasons, by providing reasonable alternatives.> It has been explained to you time and time again (complete with linked references) that because of the specific situation of this stock with the MMs having done the short selling, there is no reasonable alternative to taking physical possession of the certificates. You have not refuted any of the explanations, yet you persist in your efforts to try to spread confusion among the readers of this board on this topic. With actions like this, sir, your credibility is nil, and your motives are something other than beneficent! Jim
