Kerry will increase gas taxes but put the tax money to work for more social programs . g It will not be to research wind energy as he , ted and walter cronkitt? killed large wind mill investments a few miles off nantucket as it would destroy the visual atmosphere . They didn't want to look out over the ocean and see wind mills. A recent article mentioned that this proposal is still alive off cape cod.
