I saw the articles you posted. Perhaps its the press not giving it fair play. Also methinks that Blair himself has been more forthright than Bush about this and far less Rovian. 30 days to go with tonite marking the beginning of the stretch run and for me the real kick off the campaign. I didnt believe the polls when kerry was ahead in july and i dont believe the polls now. Bush has turned this into a referendum on kerry but these elections of incumbants historically are referendums on the president. Bush will need to overcome this to prevent another tie or even worse a loss. In any case, it all begins tonite. mike
