Trust me I feel your pain!!! Maybe not with CRTM but I have lost considerable amounts of $$$$$$ on other stocks and been left asking why why why!! Your are absolutely right in demanding adequate information from top management! Unfortunely, Custer and his troops have not appropriately addressed stockholder concerns and must be notified of this. It appears that certain members of this thread are taking the appropriate steps to rectify this. Like you, I (and Im sure others too) await a detailed report from Carl! I probably will not make a decision to buy until Carl reports (of course, I will attempt to verify his statements through a company rep) and until I fully research this company. Also, thanks to everyone for contacting the company personally. This is the only way to get their attention!! Neal apparently realizes CRTM's PR gap and will hopefully institute these much needed protocols everyone has been talking about.

However, even if CRTM had a top-noch PR department it won't guarantee sufficient sales (or any sales)!! CRTM may have a superior product at a reasonable price but what good is that product if the consumer doesn't know it exists?!?!? Even if the consumer knew of the product and was slightly interested, where can he/she buy it!?!?! Apparently, this product is not easily accessible to the consumer so, as of now, the consumer probably will not buy it! CRTM's competitors have an opportunity here to grab market share........Hey that posses a good question: who are CRTM's current competitors?>>>>> Like I said before, I just started reaserching this company so any info would be appreciated!>>>>>>ALSO, we need to ask ourselves certain questions when determining whether or not this stock should be bought or sold: How do the competitors product/service compare to CRTM's? Knowing these strengths and weaknesses is CRTM asking a reasonable price for their product? Does CRTM have a strong corporate structure to meet market demand? Working capital? Debt? How are CRTM's approaching this market and is it successful? et cetera et cetera et cetera......I'd rather discuss these topics .......I'd get into it a little further but I'm bushed! I'll also try to contact the company and their product distributors (Fry's et cetera) by next week.
