Geez! Never mind that you didn't abide by the restriction you imposed on me that I stick to polls taken BEFORE the war. The "Veterans for Peace" article quotes a poll that doesn't even ask the question necessary to support your claim. Furthermore, they don't actually quote the question, so we have no idea whether they've misrepresented it or not. But assuming they didn't misrepresent it, all they've said is that, two months later, people said it would have been better to have gotten a UN resolution. OF COURSE it would've been better. No one denies that, except perhaps for a few "get us out of the UN now" nuts. They clearly DIDN'T say that going to war was wrong without UN approval.

I'll get back to you on the other two when I have time to read them.
