The draft is being used to scare parents by the dems much like they use Social Security to scare the elderly. Its done for votes. There is no way to draft non-motivated folks for a two year hitch and think you can have the same quality as we have now in terms of both training and committment. If enlistments lag, offer bonuses or something like that. I have always liked Rangel but he is over the top on this one.
