To the extent that TA matters, INSS is hitting heavy resistance at the 50-day MA line. We will probably see little movement as long as the institutions which just bought sit tight and the buying tapers off. INSS is hard for small investors to digest with a PE of 100.

The float here is so small that the price will move fast when a few significant players jump one way or the other.
