I don't think anyone would care if the link text changed on submission. I know I don't.

I personally use auto-correction in Word specifically for that...Type "IRS" gets expanded to "Internal Revenue Service". Saves a lot of strokes and you quickly get used to it.

Once saved, no further 'parsing' needs to be done.
