I am not finding any links that support my assertion. If I have erred, then you may choose to accept my appology. It is freely offered. The lowest estimate I was able to find was 3,300-4,400 Megawatts pre-war. This does not even appear that we have double capacity. If all of the posters on this site were as considerate about correcting errors, it would be an even more pleasant community. Thank you cirrus, you a great human being.
