bob and all: gems is expected to have a sequentially flat eps q. $0.24 last q and $0.24 is expected for this q. this is not good for a "growth" company and the market is showing it is "aware" of this condition.

if gems doesn't warn then i feel very comfortable that $0.24 will be met. i will also believe that an upside surprise - even if it is a penny - has a good chance of occuring. if we get $0.25 then gems is fair valued, in a rational market (i don't know where it is ;-), at $20.

pes are now figured from a forward point of view for many techs and the same could be true here once people develop confidence in gems stability.

good luck...
