That's how it's done on iHub and will be done here.

#reply and #subject links will open in the current window. BTW, those tags, when used on iHub, open SI posts in another window.

As for how it'll work, I already know how I'll do it. #reply-nnnnnnnn will be stored in the db as-is. Messages are already parsed at read time, and this'll just be another (comparatively expensive) parsing, replacing #reply- with the anchor tag.

I'll also make it so that such links and any links containing siliconinvestor.com in them will open in the current window; any other link will open in _blank.
