RMF-- Agreed. I think Bush could have done better and Kerry was better than expected. Doubtful Kerry took many votes. Kerry admitted too many changes of his mind. No one wants a freakin 'Global test" type bullshit to deploy US troops. Bush said no draft-- Kerry said he wants enough troops to guarantee one.
