So you're saying that Kerry will go into bilateral talks with North Korea, ignoring China which ALREADY has nuclear weapons and also shares a border with North Korea. And if that fails, get preemptive on it? I don't think so. Kerry will come up against the harsh facts of reality if he becomes president. Except it's not going to happen.
