but there is no ambiguity on the national sovereignty of China and the inclusion of Taiwan as an inseperable part of a sovereign nation called China.

There is no soverign nation called China. There is a national idea and history (and perhaps future) of China; and their are soverign nations called The Repbulic of China and The People's Republic of China.
