Don't get me wrong, I love CRTs, but a 30 year bond can't really compete with the RLIs of most of the resource CRTs-except perhaps COS and FDG and maybe a few others. It will be interesting to see how low yields go. Investors seem to like PEY due to the RLI and sustainable business model and accept the lowish yield.
