Nonsense. Bush has hurt nonproliferation because: 1. He's a proliferator and 2. He wimpishly ignored AQK. READ SOMETHING. Bush ignored the 40 FBI warnings, the Clarke warnings, the Clinton admin warnings, the CIA warnings and common sense before 911 because he was concentrating on proliferation-for-profit. Don't be so gullible. Bush was concentrating on missiles a la the Cold War and is still concentrating on SDI. SDI? OMG. READ SOMETHING. Read PNAC.
