Who said the military option in North Korea is off the table? Haven't you been reading between the lines about the lethal interdiction effort we have underway to literally kill North Korea nuclear program suppliers and conventional weapon customers (a much needed source of hard currency for the North Koreans)?

Again, you don't seem to be able to distinguish between capacity and stockpiles. The steepest part of the learning curve is in the capacity not in building the stockpiles. Also, you seem to ignore the fact that the North Koreans started cheating on the 1994 agreement as soon as they realized, like Al Qaeda, that nobody in the US national security establishment really wanted to go to war with a commander in chief like Clinton.
