Yes, we are free to live in caves and settle all disputes with sticks and rocks and knives. Countries can settle disputes peacefully without the UN. The UN might at times be a useful forum but it is little more than that. An argument against the UN having a status above that of its member nations is not an argument for settleing all disputes with sticks and rocks and knives, or even bullets, and shells, and missiles.
