I haven't any idea. My sense is that Bush could have won it tonight but didn't. Kerry probably helped himself all he could, but we'll have to see whether it is enough. This has been my concern since the campaign began -- if Kerry got the nomination, I knew damned well he could lay it on thick and Bush couldn't compete in debates against him. I think tonight proved that to be true. Kerry is a worse liar and waffler than even Clinton. I certainly hate to entertain the idea he might actually get elected. I cannot conceive of a greater disaster for this nation.
