I completely agree with that assessment. Bush was thrown off early by Kerry's attacks. Kerry came off as extremely cool and presidential, Bush as defensive, confused, and inarticulate. In other words, we got to see them in their 'raw' unspun state.

Will be interesting to see the reaction, but if this doesn't swing the polls back towards Kerry, then nothing will. Kerry kicked Bush behind tonight.
