But not for those core markets that use almost exclusively Macs and Mac software--and it's not just Video Toaster I'm talking about. The graphics and publishing industries, to name a few, use almost exclusively Macs. "Photoshop" has now achieved verb status; Freehand, Illustrator, Quark XPress/PageMaker are pretty much the standards. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use any of these programs on a Windows machine (they may exist, I'm not sure), and I'm pretty sure they're not going away anytime soon.

On a side note, since the Amiga analogy tends to get thrown around alot, I'm curious as to what market niches (besides Video Toaster) did it have?
