Congrats to the new board!!! With the business at hand of finding a way to generate cash be it through a PP or loan from the bank. I was reading on SH, that some posters suggest we could partner with Merck. I was wondering about the odds of Merck partnering with DMX in Europe, where we have approval. And if Merck would partner with us in Canada. Could we avoid a PP and possibly get up front money from Merck? Would the up front money be enough to sustain DMX? Also if we did manage to partner up with Merck, what about the PR backlash of pending class action lawsuits against Merck in regards to Vioxx. Any thoughts? Thomas Ps. Long-time shareholder just waiting for FDA and WF-10.
