The remark last night by John Kerry that he would always wait to "pass the global test" before taking actions as President was downright frightening. Pres Bush had the same reaction to Kerry's statement when he responded "global test?...the only test a Pres should pass is deciding what's in the best interest of the American people." Any voter who wants the U.S. to remain independent, free of UN restrictions and "global tests" before our leader takes action, will vote for Pres Bush. A Cspan viewer gave best review of Kerry's performance when he said "it was more form than substance."
