First off, information given to a select group of people (SI board) and not the rest of the public is considered releasing insider information. That's the purpose of the press release, funny but you actually know more than 85% of all the shareholders and you still aren't satisfied.
The verbal presentation wasn't without handouts of the powerpoint presentation which outlined the company direction as a tri-lateral business approach detailing the costing for each respected area.
The physical items were present, TruDef and other products to show that Tmm is at the point of distribution.
The verbal presentation was for the purpose of the audiance. Keep in mind that we were not selling product, we were selling a business plan. Who was it being sold to? The money people, what do they care about? Bottom Line!
So Waldy, you comments are valid but so was my obscure statement. The Tmm mission was to re-unite with the lenders in order to ensure their support, this may be in a monetary fashion, an investment fashion, or maybe in a closer working relationship that could have the need for the lenders to assit tmm in making some future business decisions.
Verbal discussion is the only way that you introduce the new players. Mike was the only know representative, so the rest of the tmm team had to establish an aquaintance that would eventually forge trust and determination to help recover the lenders past financial loss on this company.
Waldy, remember who has a very controlling interest in any private company. The people who put up the money to get it running. First in First out. Just be thankful for one very important lender, he could have had you in chapter 7 today, instead he is willing to allow us to go forward.
