Bush has neither leadership abilities nor administrative abilities. He is a total incompetent who is willing to lie and deceive to achieve his half-baked emotional Christian-Zionist religious impulses. Bush and his Zionist neocon advisers were planning an invasion of Iraq long before 911. The neocons simply used the "cataclysmic catalyst" to further their agenda at the expense of the American agenda.
