Kerry's position is 100% consistent on Iraq.
IU know because I personally watched him speak about it in the summer of 2002. His speech then was almost exactly the same as he delivered last night. Disarm Saddam but only if --- as a last resort -- fully prepared with wide coalition, etc.

He is 100% right and consistent.

meanwhile Bush has given us 23 reasons for invading Iraq, none of them the true reason.
