Kerry was far more Presidential and assertive with Bush.

Bush seemed almost to assume a feminine like submissive persona during the debate.

Bush stumbled over his words and could only repeat that "Saddam was now gone" even when talking about Bin Landen.

The key to Bushs personality and reason he invaded Iraq has to do with his father. Bush I was a war hero, successful businessman, President of the USA. Bush II was a Vietnam runaway, failed businessman (until his dad's freinds bailed him out) and he was an alchoholic washout.

Bush II felt he could finally outdo daddy by taking on daddy's bogyman Sadam. Thats why he's so fixated on Saddam. To him getting rid of Saddam was all that was requred to outdo daddy. Nevermind the war on Terror or the aftermath of Saddams removal. He did what daddy didn't do and thats all that mattered to Bush II. Heck of a way to run a country isn't it?
