LOL...The markets rallied for Bush today.Its called an incumbency rally per Art Cashon on CNBC. Since 1900, market has rallied 16 times during October and the incumbent won 15 of those. Thus its called an incumbency rally. Its a realization that Bush will win because Kerry was obviously unable to deleiver a knockout punch last night. The market has already made its position based on Bush having been the President...todays rally takes place as traders realize they will not have to change their positions. Smart money says Bush Wins!
