It appears that the president doesn't know what either means. That's baseless and just plain silly. Meanwhile, Kerry just keeps on lying with a straight face. He said last night he made a mistake in the way he "talked about" the Iraq war. That was an outright lie. Kerry has said the memory of spending Christmas in Cambodia was "seared" in him, while President Nixon denied he was there. A total fabrication. Apparently you are a part of that generation that believes the truth is relative.
