Everyone knows Kerry is the Hero with a chest full of medals and Bush was more "girl like" in his avoidence of conflict.
You gotta be kidding, or deaf, dumb, and blind. Every one of his so called medals has been questioned. The wounds(?) from at least two of his three Purple Hearts have been proved to be self-inflicted, and his third is also suspect. His Bronze and Silver Stars were issued based on fairy tales from Kerry himself. The Bronze Star was issued on his after action report which failed to mention Kerry, in his haste to depart the scene of PCF3 being hit by a mine, accelerated so rapidly he threw Lt. Rassman overboard, whom he then later returned to 'save' just before those who stayed to recover the injured were ready to pick Rassman up. Rassman himself said when he surfaced, after being thrown overboard, "I saw Kerry's boat'disappearing' around a bend in the river." There was no hostile fire as Kerry alleged. The Commanders on scene, who remained to pick up those injured by the mine blast, testified there was no ensuing hostile fire,and no hostile fire damage to Kerry's boat, only a broken window from the blast on the other side of the river. His Silver Star was awarded for shooting a fleeing, wounded teen-age Cong in the back, with no other enemy present at the scene, yet if you read his action report one would conclude he took on the entire North Vietnam army. The brass who awarded the medal did so on the basis of Kerry's report which was nothing but a pack of lies, like the man himself, all bullsh*.
